    In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns (FINAL SALE items excluded)

    We accept returns on orders when we are contacted within 3 business days of the date your order was delivered. 

    Please email us at: nicolej.boudoir@gmail.com  with your order# for your return instructions and return approval number.

    Returns will be subject to a $15 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.

    Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

    Any returned items MUST be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

    RETURN SHIPPING
    To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.

    If you are shipping an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. (UPS IS FASTER) If you choose to ship back to us untracked, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

     
    EXCHANGE PROCESS
    We currently don’t allow exchanges.

  • CAPTURE inc ships to most countries worldwide. US orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Orders from Canada are shipped via Canada Post. All international packages are shipped via Asendia Priority Tracked.

    SHIPPING TIME
    The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). Due to increased order volume and Covid-19 Protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders.
    After your order has been shipped, delivery time are as follows:

    • United States is 7-14 business days
    • Canada is 7-14 business days
    • International is 14- 35 days

    Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.


    ORDER TRACKING
    Orders can be tracked using *ROUTE

    *ROUTE Shipping Insurance is added to each order by default, but may be waived by the customer at checkout by deselecting the ROUTE Insurance option. When coverage is waived by the customer, or when claims are not filed in accordance with the guidelines below, CAPTURE inc will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

    WHAT IS ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE?

    Route is a third-party application, that allows our customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers' shipments in case of lost, stolen, or damaged.

    In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary.

    Lost Orders

    • An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"
    • If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made

    How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?

    • Domestic orders - 7 days
    • International/APO orders - 20 days

    Stolen Orders

    • An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as "delivered," but not received
    • Route asks that you wait 5 days from the days your package status was marked delivered before reaching out and filing your claim
    • CLAIMS FOR STOLEN ORDERS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF ROUTE INSURANCE IS SELECTED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. CAPTURE inc WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS FOR STOLEN PRODUCT.
    • On orders over $100, Route requires a police report to be filed for your claim to be processed. Proof of police report will be required.

    Damaged Orders

    • If your item arrives damaged, unusable, or in an unacceptable condition, Route encourages customers to file a claim immediately
    • Please include photo reference of damaged item and packaging received

    Changing Shipping Address
    Shipping addresses CAN ONLY be changed within 12HRS of placing order! AFTER the 12 HRS has been exceeded then we will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

    Wrong Address Entered
    Please be careful when entering your shipping address

    CAPTURE inc will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect address will be refunded via E-Gift Card once your package is returned to our warehouse.
